Garden update: What grew in June!

Since our Planting Party in early June, our garden started off on a good foot! And it’s growing well despite the wet summer we’re having this year.

Our sunflowers, cucumbers, radishes and lettuce started to sprout while other crops such as beets, corn, Indigenous tobacco and beans were slower to germinate and/or had to be reseeded.

Can you find our baby tobacco?

Some of plants popped out of nowhere such as the tomatillos, tomatoes and peppers from last year.

We also had some little visitors in our garden

Come out for a visit!
